In these quarantine times, we are staying at home and having a little more time than before. There might be little motivation to study and keep on track. But here I wanted to share several things that you can do to motivate yourself during this pandemic.
#1 Start your morning by writing in a notebook or journal this what you are grateful for. It could be your family, friends or pets.
#2 Take some time to call or facetime those friends or family that you haven’t seen in a while. Sharing your quarantine experience with others will make you feel better.
#3 Organize yourself today more than ever. Sit down and schedule your daily tasks by the hour. Trying to be productive and active in these hard times is essential.
#4 Work on online courses that will contribute to your personal growth. For example, sign up for an online business class or photoshop class and do it as a study break.
#5 Spend time with your fur babies and do not take them for granted. They must be thrilled to see you staying at home.
#6 Try out new recipes and use your imagination to bake delicious plates. You never know if you have a chef inside you.
#7 Do exercise at home by trying new ways to stay fit. You might practice yoga, pilates or boxing for the first time ever. It will help you to improve your mood.
#8 Check out new applications to keep yourself entertain and productive as well. I learned how to use Canva and designed beautiful templates.
#9 Remind yourself that this pandemic will pass, you will become stronger and appreciate the little things in your vet life.
